Hi guys,

I came to one of your meets a few weeks back as well as going to Dubs at the castle, and I am now hooked on the volkswagen scene, so I thought I would join the forums and say hello

I was truly impressed by the cars at the meet, and loved some of the original mods (e.g blackboard paint bonnets) and it was also the first time I heard a Jetta (or any car for that matter) moo like a cow

I plan to do some subtle mods to my car, but I am due to return to university as a mature student, so my budget is silly tight, and any tips, advice, or ideas for modding on a budget are greatly appreciated lol.

Also, how do I go about becoming a member of the club?

Welcome Rich. You'll get loads of advice from the guys and galls about modding. Come along the next meet, better get there early as space gets filled quickly with the vast array of VDubs turning up.
