Im a newbie to the tattoo industry an not all motor tattoo's are poo, all depends on who the tattoo artist is,his custom work portfolio will let ya no if he is good enought to pull it off, as not all tattoo artists can do custom work take a look about their are some cool VW ones around my fav atm is the corrado engine on it has yet to be finished but as i own a vr6 i would have this tat anyday but my back is nearly finished already lol
