Right them Numbers are falling for this, but I'm going whatever so here is the latest plan :)

As there are now 6 of us we can stay in the hotel on the right side of the lake using a combination of one appartment for 4 and a double room :)

Appartment for 4 = 140euro per night x 6nights = euro 840
Double room = 95 euro per night x 6nights = euro 570

We have to book this for 6 nights tho (we can decide if we want to do 5 or 6 nights when we book flights) so the total cost is 1410 euro.
However the price for the accomodation goes up from 175 euro per person to 235 euro per person (We will just split the total accomodation cost betwen us all)

So the accomodation is 60 euros dearer per person, but if we have to catch the boat across the lake from the other place it will cost us at least 55euro for the week then and we have the option of staying an extra day if we want??

I need your thoughts on this asap as places are really booking up fast over there now.

Gaz

As I realised before reading this, i missed myself off the list :)

The only place I can get at 35euro per night on the wrong side of the lake is a 15 min walk to the lake. I can bring us closer to the lake for 50 euro a night or we can stay 10 - 15 miles outside the area a lot cheap, but this is obviously offset by taxi's/buses

I will have to leave it for the minute and will try to look again through the week or next weekend as I am on nights again all this week

Hit a bit of a wall on this one as places are booking up and/or stuidly priced.

Cheapest is still the origional one, but as said its 15min walk to the lake and I am waiting for him to confirm he still has room.

otherwise its double the price to stay close by still and loads of placed on the lake are already booked:(

MAy have to start looking further out and taxi-ing at this rate

EDIT: Got the rooms on hold at the first place we looked at http://www.pensionkitty.co.uk/ It is a 15min walk to the lake, but its cheap and available. They will hold the rooms until Tuesday and then I need to confirm.

Its a tidy looking place, run by British people.

Spoke to Robin about the walking and hes quite happy so yes its a goer:)

Got the rooms on hold now and need to pay deposits by 27th October to confirm the booking.

Need to pay a deposit of 308Euro / 7 people = 44euro each which is roughly £42.

If you want a room, get your £42 to me by 25th October please.

We will then look at booking flights etc around December time I think??

Deposits off

Robin
Ewan
