Right then Guys, this is the official GTI International 2008 show post.  If you want to be on the display stand then listen very carefully

To be on the club display you need to pre book your tickets as follows.
1.  Go to http://www.gtiinternational.co.uk/ and click on the club display link

2. At the bottom of that page, click on the BOOK ONLINE link

3.  Select what tickets you want and click BUY NOW

4.  You are then presented with yor basket contents and on this page is a drop down list of all the clubs.  Select NewportEdition and then proceed to the checkout.

When you recieve your tickets in the post, you will then also recieve a vehicle show pass and without this you will not be granted access to the show field.  :) easy

Please note, if you do not prebook in this way, you will not be able to get on the club display and I am sorry but there is nothing I will be able to do to get you in (well we may have a trick or 2 but its far easier to do it this (the official autometrix) way).

In addition, if you fancy camping then this years recommended site is meant to be loads better than last year and details can be found here

Book early though as there are limited spaces and its only a fiver a night each (based on 2 sharing) - Other campsites or alternative accomodation are available

Are we all booking this camp site ? I emailed the one in the link above and they said :

Thought I'd check that were gonna use this one before I booked up - I'm gonna book up friday to make sure I get a plot.

Gaz has already booked that site for himself and me so go for it.

Indeed, it is supposed to be loads better than last year.  Its one I was told to go to last year instead of the official one

May not be worth doing now, Just had an email off Sally and our stand is 3 cars on the Saturday (Me, Ewan and Nick) and 5 on Sunday (Robin & Jon).

Is it worth it???  Maybe invite some people from Dubforce?

strange this is the best show to pick up your goodies at new and second hand and it costs no more too go on the stand (safe better parking ) than it does to just enter

I'm going to be away when this is on. I heard a company called GPC will be there, they got front bumper spoilers there for a corrado. Is there any chance of somebody picking one up if they got any there? cheers Kempy I'd be very grateful as they still cost over a ton at the dealers
